Privacy policy

Hotel Tamizh Inn respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, mobile number and a securely hashed password.
• Booking details: stay dates, room, number of guests and any special requests.
• Payment references from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• ID details at check-in, as required by law.

How we use it

• To confirm and manage your booking and send booking emails and invoices.
• To meet legal requirements (guest registers, GST invoices, Form C for foreign nationals).
• To answer your enquiries.

We do not sell your data or send marketing messages without your consent.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the booking (Razorpay for payments, our email provider) and with authorities when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can view and update your profile at any time from your account. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email taskenginembw@gmail.com. Some records (such as invoices) must be kept for the period required by tax law.

We use only essential cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.
